About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Hotel Reservation Agents to join our customer service team. The role involves handling hotel booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications and special requests through phone, chat or email, providing a smooth and accurate reservation experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with new bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information on hotel policies, rates, and current promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the reservation system.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to learn and follow established reservation procedures.
