Host/Hostess – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide diners to their seats, and ensure a smooth start to their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and escort them to their tables.
• Provide menus and answer preliminary questions about the restaurant.
• Monitor table rotations and track prepared tables for incoming guests.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage take‑out orders when needed.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in a fast‑paced dining environment (preferred, but training is offered for the right candidate).
• Warm, outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service.
• Commitment to delivering a unique and memorable guest experience.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a high‑volume setting.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
