Host – Parking & Transportation

About the role

The Host – Parking & Transportation will be the first point of contact for guests arriving by car or requiring transport services. You will deliver fast, friendly and efficient assistance, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience while upholding Grand Hyatt Manila’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests regarding parking and transportation needs.
• Engage with guests and colleagues through meaningful conversations to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond to and resolve parking and transportation inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
• Manage the parking area, coordinate valet and shuttle services, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and transportation requests.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or a related field.
• Excellent customer‑relations, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Possession of a valid Professional Driver’s License is preferred.
• Open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights.
