About the role

The Guest Service Center Host will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering fast, friendly and efficient service throughout their stay. This role supports seamless communication between guests, hotel staff and external partners, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in person, by phone and via digital channels.
Handle guest and employee inquiries promptly and courteously.
Facilitate communication between hotel departments and external services.
Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and act appropriately when needed.
Ensure confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.

Required profile

Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within a reputable hotel.
Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Business‑level proficiency in Korean, Mandarin or Japanese.

Required skills

Working knowledge of the OPERA property management system.
Familiarity with PABX telephone systems.
