Home‑Based Research Nurse – Clinical Trials (20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Home‑Based Research Nurse to support clinical trial recruitment in the Philippines. Working 20 hours per week, you will conduct remote eligibility screenings and ensure compliance with study protocols and patient safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform telephone or video screenings to assess patient eligibility against protocol‑specific criteria.
• Review medical histories, medication lists, and diagnostic data to determine trial suitability.
• Explain trial participation clearly, answer basic patient questions, and maintain a non‑promotional approach.
• Document screening outcomes accurately in clinical systems and keep detailed records.
• Coordinate with investigators, research coordinators, and recruitment teams to meet enrolment targets.
• Escalate any medical concerns or adverse findings promptly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure handling of health information.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unrestricted license.
• Fluent in English and Ilocano.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in hospital, primary‑care, or specialist settings.
• Prior experience in clinical research, patient screening, or trial recruitment.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance.
• Proficiency in remote patient communication (telephone/video).
• Ability to interpret medical records and trial protocols.
