Home Care Training Specialist – Remote

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Home Care Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for its Remote Team Members. The role is fully remote and focuses on building confidence, competence and career growth for new hires working with U.S. clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver interactive training sessions, workshops and one‑on‑one coaching for new remote employees.
• Create, update and maintain clear, concise learning materials and curricula.
• Track attendance, progress and performance metrics, ensuring accurate records of each trainee’s development.
• Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and emerging best practices.
• Collaborate with recruitment and client teams to align training with business needs.

Required profile

• Passion for helping others learn and grow in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience designing instructional content for diverse audiences.
• Ability to mentor, coach and motivate learners.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable tracking performance data.
