Home-Based Graphic Design Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a creative Home‑Based Graphic Design Assistant to support our promotional products team. The role involves producing visual assets that align with brand standards while collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders. This is a remote position operating on Philippine or US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create logos, innovative artwork, and pre‑production designs.
• Apply brand guidelines, edit photos, and ensure visual consistency.
• Perform typesetting, layout design, and develop website mockups.
• Design item templates and redraw items based on specifications and photos.
• Review final layouts, suggest improvements, and manage client expectations.
• Handle ad‑hoc design tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related field.
• 1‑3 years of proven graphic design experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US operating hours.
