Healthcare Product Trainer

About the role

As a Healthcare Product Trainer at Transcom, you will lead the learning journey for new and existing agents on a healthcare campaign. You will ensure that employees master the policies, procedures, and product knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions both in‑person and virtually (Zoom, Google Suite).
• Prepare and update training booklets, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and quick‑reference materials.
• Administer assessments, role‑plays, and daily training reports.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses and evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as post‑training performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with the training team to become a subject‑matter expert on the campaign and continuously improve learning content.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience as a trainer in a healthcare campaign.
• Proven ability to adapt facilitation style on the fly based on audience feedback and technical issues.
• Solid understanding of adult‑learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Gagné).
• Experience creating comprehensive training materials and guides.
• Hands‑on experience managing a Learning Management System (Intellum preferred) and using Google Suite.
• Ability to conduct data‑driven analysis of training outcomes.
