Healthcare Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a confident and results‑driven Healthcare Cold Caller to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent and experience speaking with healthcare providers or medical offices.

Key responsibilities

• Call healthcare providers and medical offices from an assigned Excel spreadsheet/database of doctors.
• Work closely with the sales team to help formulate and improve call scripts.
• Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.
• Accurately document call notes, updates, and follow‑ups in Salesforce.
• Transfer qualified accounts and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication during all outbound calls.
• Meet daily and weekly call and lead qualification targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with a professional American accent.
• Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or healthcare outreach experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with doctors' offices and healthcare professionals.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
