About the role

The Healthcare Associate (Non-Voice) will manage the end‑to‑end provider re‑credentialing lifecycle, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. This is a fixed‑term, on‑site position based in Taguig City, Manila.

Key responsibilities

Manage the complete provider re‑credentialing process from initiation to completion.
Ensure all re‑credentialing activities adhere to payer guidelines and regulatory standards.
