Head of Strategic Support & Fulfillment

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven leader to own our Strategic Support and Fulfillment function. In this senior position you will oversee end‑to‑end fulfillment operations, turn data into actionable insights, and empower teams to deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end fulfillment operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and a seamless stakeholder experience.
• Oversee operational reporting and analytics, converting data into strategic recommendations.
• Manage and develop the Strategic Support and Fulfillment team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Design and optimise processes to improve cost efficiency, capacity planning and operational stability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to enhance service delivery and workflow.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that boost productivity and service quality.
• Provide data‑backed strategic advice to support long‑term business planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Hands‑on experience in data analytics and translating complex data into clear insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Track record of managing operations and leading teams.
• Experience working with external vendors or partners.
