Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will lead all financial functions of the company, acting as a strategic partner to the President and senior leadership team. This role ensures financial integrity, operational efficiency, profitability and sustainable cash flow in line with the organization’s growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting functions, develop and execute financial strategies that support business goals and expansion.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans; track performance against KPIs and present reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements; oversee general accounting, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory accounting and tax reporting.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, fund management and working‑capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine laws, tax regulations and corporate‑governance standards; identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Partner with operations, sales, procurement and production to improve financial efficiency, support pricing and contract reviews, and analyse project profitability.
• Lead, develop and mentor finance, accounting, treasury and audit teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA preferred, MBA or advanced finance qualification an advantage.
• 10–15 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Deep experience in FP&A, treasury, taxation, controllership and corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, taxation and compliance.
• Proven people‑management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity and professional ethics.
