Head of Finance and Accounting

About the role

PRIME Philippines is seeking a high‑caliber Head of Finance and Accounting to lead and strengthen finance and accounting operations across its fast‑growing real‑estate services and flexible workspace business group. This senior, hands‑on role will ensure the financial engine runs accurately, efficiently, and with strong governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, treasury coordination, and internal controls for multiple entities and subsidiaries.
• Establish discipline, improve systems, and enforce robust financial controls.
• Lead and develop a growing finance team through the next stage of scale.
• Drive reporting accuracy and provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.

• Proven leadership experience in finance and accounting within a fast‑growing organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build structure, enforce discipline, and improve financial controls.
• Experience managing finance operations across multiple entities or subsidiaries.
