Head of Business Development

About the role

The Head of Business Development will lead the end‑to‑end process of identifying, evaluating, and securing new station sites. This senior role combines market research, financial modelling, commercial negotiation and project delivery to drive growth and meet corporate targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, site screening and on‑site surveys; produce feasibility reports and layout plans for candidate locations.
• Build investment models, calculate construction and operating costs, assess ROI and payback periods, and prepare approval documentation.
• Lead full‑cycle commercial negotiations with property owners, park managers, government agencies and other partners, securing optimal lease terms and cooperation models.
• Draft, review and manage lease agreements and cooperation contracts, monitoring risks, performance and renewal timelines.
• Oversee the complete project workflow from demand submission through construction, equipment installation, commissioning, handover and launch, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Manage pre‑launch preparation, trial runs and daily operational performance of stations, driving utilization, revenue and KPI achievement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Marketing, Economics, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, site selection for station projects, project management or related disciplines.
