Head Nurse (RN) – 3+ Years Experience – Pasay City

About the role

The Head Nurse at RainTree Care leads the clinical nursing team to ensure high‑quality resident care. Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, you will coordinate daily operations, support staff development, and uphold care standards across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise the nursing team to deliver optimal resident care.
• Assist in preparing monthly staff schedules and shift management.
• Coordinate clinical activities with other departments, ensuring adequate personnel, equipment and facilities.
• Monitor nursing performance, evaluate activities and recommend improvements.
• Develop and update policies, training programs and nursing care plans.
• Provide direct bedside care, conduct assessments and manage complex chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to resolve resident needs.
• Maintain documentation, medication administration standards and risk‑prevention measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) – Master’s degree optional.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory or head nurse role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and clinical information platforms.
• Knowledge of nursing care planning and medication administration.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
