About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing operations at its facilities in Pasay and Sucat, Muntinlupa. This role combines clinical expertise with supervisory responsibilities to ensure high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing activities and coordinate staff schedules at the assigned locations.
• Supervise and mentor nursing personnel, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
• Monitor compliance with health regulations and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required); Master’s degree in Nursing (optional).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Head Nurse, supervisory or equivalent senior nursing role.
