About the role
The Happy Customer Retention Specialist ensures efficient cash collection, evaluates new dealers for creditworthiness, and monitors maturing and delinquent accounts. This role combines cash handling, dealer assessment, and proactive follow‑up to maintain healthy cash flow.
Key responsibilities
- Register daily cash collections, secure cash in the vault, and deposit funds into the company bank each morning.
- Prepare and upload Daily Collection Daily Analysis (DCDA) reports and validated deposit slips for treasury and regional heads.
- Assess new dealers, verify documentation, and approve credit based on established criteria.
- Monitor maturing and overdue accounts through text blasts, phone calls, and Heart‑to‑Heart (H2H) conversations; send reminder or demand letters for accounts over 61 days overdue.
- Conduct monthly cadence meetings with Great Life Executives and generate monthly maturing reports.
- Maintain organized files of collection‑related documents and perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in credit and collection, cash handling, or related sales/relationship management roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work across locations, schedules, and field collections.
- Ability to work independently and manage collections without constant supervision.
