Gym Receptionist

About the role

Arcanys Crossfit is seeking a friendly and organized Gym Receptionist to join its team in Cebu City. The role is full‑time, requires weekend availability, and supports the daily operations of a busy CrossFit facility that is open seven days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Check members in and out, manage membership registrations and issue cards.
• Answer phone calls, emails and in‑person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments for personal trainers, fitness classes and other gym services.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, cash handling and maintaining the membership database.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, preparing smoothies/food, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Support gym events, promotions and occasional social‑media or accounting duties.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with basic accounting tasks and proficiency in Excel.
• Outgoing, people‑oriented and comfortable working weekends.
• Regular personal exercise; participation in classes is expected.
• Knowledge of CrossFit is a plus.
