Guest Experience Executive (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Executive to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will be the first point of contact for guests staying in properties managed by Houst, handling inquiries before, during and after their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound messages and calls, providing timely and calm assistance.
• Resolve guest issues, handle complaints with empathy, and ensure a smooth stay.
• Manage reservations and bookings, keep property information up‑to‑date.
• Provide clear details on house rules, processes and property features.
• Collect and verify guest identification documents and submit them to regulatory systems.
• Confirm all pre‑arrival information is complete before check‑in.
• Conduct concierge outreach to enhance the guest experience.
• Log every interaction accurately in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent or business‑level English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a confident phone manner.
• Excellent written communication, calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask across several systems and conversations.
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRMs.
• Problem‑solving skills, especially with frustrated guests.
• Quiet dedicated workspace, headset with mic and webcam, stable high‑speed internet (minimum 5 Mbps) and a laptop meeting the minimum specs.

• Contractor position with a monthly salary of PHP 36,000‑38,000 (based on experience).
