Graphics Designer – Native & Direct Response (E‑commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a direct‑response graphics designer who turns curiosity into clicks and conversions. Your work will focus on high‑impact visual assets for e‑commerce campaigns, from landing‑page graphics to native ad thumbnails, all backed by measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design advertorial‑style landing page graphics that guide readers toward conversion.
• Create native ad thumbnails and images that blend seamlessly into editorial feeds on platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain.
• Develop hook visuals, mechanism explanations, before/after storytelling sequences, and authority‑style imagery for trust building.
• Produce multiple angle variations per offer and generate GIFs or light‑motion creatives where supported.
• Collaborate directly with media buyers, iterating designs based on live CTR and CVR data.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands while adapting tone and style as needed.
• Ensure all assets comply with platform policies and health‑wellness claim guidelines.

Required profile

• Portfolio showcasing landing pages, advertorials, native thumbnails, and performance‑driven creatives.
• Experience working alongside media buyers and using performance metrics to refine designs.
• Ability to produce multiple concepts quickly and iterate in a fast‑paced test‑and‑learn environment.

Required skills

• Strong visual storytelling for direct‑response marketing.
• Understanding of CTR (click‑through rate) and CVR (conversion rate) impact on design.
• Familiarity with native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain).
• Capability to create static graphics, GIFs, and light‑motion assets.
