Graphic Designer – Remote Night Shift

About the role

As a Graphic Designer you will support the growing demand for visual and creative assets used in training material development. Working closely with the Training team, you will design learning module graphics, daily flyers, infographics, and other quick‑turnaround visual communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for training materials, including module graphics, job aids, and templates.
• Create daily flyers, infographics, and other fast‑track visual communications.
• Collaborate with the training team to prioritize urgent requests and maintain consistent design standards.
• Maintain brand and style consistency across all training‑related visual content.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and assets for easy access and reuse.
• Provide backup design support to ensure continuity of work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Art, Digital Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Graphic Artist, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating infographic, flyer, and informative material design.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in visual branding.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams.
• Nice to have: experience with basic layout/design for e‑learning or training modules; background in training, learning & development, or corporate communications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Canva.
