Graphic Designer – Paper & Packaging (Remote, Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer specialized in paper and packaging design to work remotely on night‑shift hours. The role focuses on creating production‑ready artwork, dielines and printed assets for a variety of packaging and paper‑based products.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging artwork, patterned graphics and product folders for items such as scrapbooking papers and embellishments.
• Develop dielines for rigid boxes, folding cartons and e‑commerce packaging.
• Prepare print‑ready files in Adobe Illustrator and PDF, setting up bleeds, spot colours, foil, UV, embossing and varnish layers.
• Ensure files meet mass‑production and manufacturing specifications.
• Produce sample marketing materials and printed mock‑ups.
• Collaborate with production teams to guarantee correct execution in manufacturing.
• Support occasional web graphics or digital assets as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in paper, packaging manufacturing and print production, preferably with US‑based clients.
• Strong knowledge of offset, UV and digital printing processes and post‑press techniques such as foil stamping and embossing.
• Ability to work independently on a night‑shift schedule and communicate effectively with remote teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Experience creating packaging dielines and layered print files (CMYK, spot colours, special finishes).
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
