Graphic Designer – Manila

About the role

Vista’s Design Operations team is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its global network of creatives. Based in Manila, you will work directly with small‑business customers, turning their ideas into polished visual assets while providing expert design advice.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, brand‑aligned visual solutions for a variety of client projects.
• Consult with customers via phone, video, chat, and email to understand their needs and guide design decisions.
• Interpret briefs, conduct research, and deliver designs that balance creativity with commercial goals.
• Recommend best‑practice design improvements and showcase Vista’s product offerings.
• Collaborate with designers across regions, participate in critiques, and share knowledge of emerging tools, including AI‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, typography, layout, and storytelling.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken, in a customer‑facing context.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business schedules and support a global team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on mastery of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
