Graphic Designer – Hybrid (Pasay City)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its team in Pasay City. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with the Creative Services Manager and other stakeholders to produce high‑quality advertising and editorial layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Design advertisements using Adobe InDesign based on provided copy.
• Prepare ePaper/eMag documents and upload them to the company’s internet site.
• Lay out pages for ads, editorial content, photos, books, brochures and magazines.
• Send final pages to press while ensuring quality standards.
• Obtain client approval for advertisements and manage revisions.
• Use the company‑built workflow systems (Star Production System and SCMS) to access copy, materials and editorial queues.
• Become fully conversant with the production flow and handle queries through the Creative Services Manager.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Ability to design advertisements and apply graphic design principles.
• Experience in layout and design of commercial work such as books, brochures or magazines.
• Familiarity with web‑based graphic resources and ePaper/eMag preparation.
• Capability to upload documents to an internet site and obtain client approvals.
• Understanding of editorial system operations.
