Graphic Designer – Creative Agency

About the role

We are a Manila-based creative agency that helps brands build strong digital presence. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will turn ideas into purposeful visual solutions for a variety of clients, from small businesses to established brands.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in ideation sessions, develop big ideas that align with client objectives and audience insights.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters and the creative team to ensure integrated storytelling across visual and verbal elements.
• Explore and pitch multiple creative directions during early brand or campaign development.
• Execute and produce design deliverables for branding, websites, digital campaigns, social media, print and other media while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Work closely with Creative, Digital and Accounts teams to bring concepts to life and provide timely design support across multiple projects.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in branding, design or a creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on branding, websites, digital campaigns or social media.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, highly organized and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Keen awareness of current design trends and visual culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar digital design tools.
