Graphic Designer – Brand & Visual Communications

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer to join our Cebu office. You will create visual assets that reinforce MB&A CPAs Co.’s brand across digital and print channels, turning complex financial concepts into clear, engaging designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts for logos, marketing collateral, presentations, and social media.
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Select typography, color palettes, and visual elements that align with the firm’s identity.
• Prepare production‑ready files for both digital and print outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and service teams to translate business ideas into visual communication.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle several projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Willingness to work on‑site in an office environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience using Figma or similar design tools.
• Logo design and branding expertise.
• Typography selection and pairing.
