Graphic Artist – Book Covers & Marketing Design

About the role

We are a publishing house that believes a book’s cover is its first story. We need a talented Graphic Artist who can translate concepts into striking visual assets for both print and digital channels, supporting our growing catalogue and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching book covers and related visual assets for print and e‑books.
• Create marketing collateral such as posters, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate directly with authors, editors, and the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
• Maintain design standards, ensure workflow continuity, and mentor junior artists when needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a strong portfolio with relevant experience.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
• Detail‑oriented, strong time‑management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
