Governance, Legal & Compliance Counsel

About the role

The Governance, Legal & Compliance Counsel will support Lendi Group’s General Counsel & Company Secretary in delivering high‑quality governance outcomes across the Group’s Board, committees and internal projects. This role blends legal expertise with governance best practices and leverages AI‑enabled tools to streamline company secretarial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Lendi Group Board, Board Committees and project committees, ensuring professional governance standards.
• Prepare and format Board and Committee papers, agendas, minutes, resolutions and related documentation under the direction of the General Counsel.
• Maintain corporate records, statutory filings, governance registers and compliance calendars.
• Manage Board Hub and Confluence governance spaces, including version control, access permissions and archiving.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, scheduling, communication and documentation flow between directors and management.
• Support continuous improvement of governance frameworks, policy documentation and process automation.
• Draft and review template‑based legal correspondence, notices and internal advices as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in governance and company secretarial work.
• Ability to interpret and apply Philippine laws, especially data protection, corporate compliance and employment regulations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
