About the role
Dyson’s Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme is a two‑year rotational scheme designed to give recent graduates hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of supply‑chain functions. You will work on projects that turn innovative product designs into market‑ready solutions, supporting manufacturing, procurement, logistics and sustainability initiatives worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the design and optimisation of production lines for new products.
- Support global procurement activities, including sourcing and supplier management.
- Assist in logistics planning and the coordination of global product deliveries.
- Contribute to refurbishment and recycling operations to reduce environmental impact.
- Work on strategic projects that improve cost efficiency and operational performance.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in supply‑chain and operations.
- Ambitious, resilient and tenacious with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in high‑performing, multicultural teams.
