Global Product Solution Design Leader (UI/UX)

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Product Solution Design to lead our end‑to‑end design function. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of UX/UI designers, researchers and design strategists to create intuitive, delightful experiences that support our business goals across fintech, crypto trading and payment products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Global Product Solution Design function.
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing team of product designers, UX/UI designers, design researchers and UX writers.
• Champion design excellence and user‑centric thinking across the organization, including Coins Payment, Crypto Trading and other products.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing and business teams to ensure cohesive, holistic product experiences.
• Oversee the full design process from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes and final UI.
• Implement design systems, frameworks and tools that drive consistency and efficiency at scale.
• Integrate user feedback and data into design decisions, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity across all platforms.
• Own the user journey lifecycle, identify pain points and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure user satisfaction, usability and design impact.
• Act as the voice of the user in strategic discussions and communicate design vision to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI or user experience strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record designing digital products at scale, preferably in fintech, crypto, payments or e‑commerce.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design strategy, user journeys and end‑to‑end product design.
• Deep understanding of human‑centered design, accessibility principles and responsive design.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in agile/scrum environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
