Global Planning Head

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Global Planning Head to lead the definition and execution of its enterprise‑wide planning strategy. The role will shape the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, ensure consistent planning standards across countries, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define the global planning vision, strategy and maturity roadmap.
• Govern Integrated Business Planning (IBP) as the operating model for the organization.
• Own planning standards, policies and decision‑rights, acting as the Planning GPO for process and system design.
• Establish escalation paths and resolve cross‑country planning issues.
• Provide enterprise direction on inter‑country planning trade‑offs and sponsor Supply Network Design initiatives via SNAP analysis.
• Partner with IT to define planning data requirements.

Required profile

• Strong grounding in enterprise planning, IBP or S&OP.
• Proven ability to design, govern and standardise planning processes.
• Experience influencing multi‑country or complex organisations.
• Comfortable facilitating senior‑level trade‑offs and escalations.
• Clear, structured communicator with strong judgment.

Required skills

• SAP planning concepts.
