Global IT Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our global IT organization. In this role you will help drive infrastructure excellence, technology innovation, and enterprise‑wide solutions across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support global IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Design, implement, and maintain server, network, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Monitor, optimise, and troubleshoot critical systems and databases.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders worldwide to improve processes and services.
• Develop automation scripts and technical solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Manage system enhancements, change requests, and technology deployments.
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams across the globe.
• Create documentation and deliver knowledge‑sharing sessions and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or IT Operations.
• Strong experience working in project‑based and global environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication.
