Global Financial Reporting Senior Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Financial Reporting Senior Analyst to support end‑to‑end financial reporting across SAP Central Finance and downstream systems. The role ensures completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data for close, reconciliation, management, statutory reporting, and consolidation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly and quarterly financial reporting and accounting activities for assigned legal entities and platforms.
• Support CFIN ATR processes, including data replication monitoring, error analysis, manual journal entries, and reconciliation package preparation.
• Prepare and analyze reconciliations between source ERP and CFIN data, covering sales, trial balance, quantity, and journal entries.
• Validate financial reporting submissions, resolve data issues, and coordinate with responsible teams before close deadlines.
• Maintain documentation, audit trails, and evidence for reporting, reconciliation, and control requirements.
• Execute activities in line with global policies, SOX controls, and internal audit requirements.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to resolve issues, align close status, and support decision‑making.
• Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; CPA, CMA, MBA or similar certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in financial reporting, account‑to‑report, general ledger, reconciliation or related finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, US GAAP, financial reporting processes, and SOX/internal control requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation discipline and commitment to compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines and handle ambiguity with a solution‑oriented approach.
