General Worker / Operator – Remote Customer Service

About the role
We are looking for a General Worker/Operator to provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email and live chat. The role is fully remote and offers flexible working hours, allowing you to assist customers from anywhere in the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via email and live chat.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments and follow‑up communications as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Approximately 35 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication, empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
