General Manager – Baguio Manufacturing Site

About the role

Moog is seeking a General Manager to lead its Baguio manufacturing site. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, overseeing daily operations, and driving growth for a low‑cost facility that produces high‑precision control components for commercial aerospace and industrial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, recommend and implement the overall site strategy aligned with financial objectives.
• Lead the manufacturing facility, ensuring high‑precision production, on‑time delivery, and cost‑control.
• Advance lean production tactics to support major customer ramp‑ups and continuous improvement.
• Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, production goals, budgeting and capital spending.
• Build a quality‑focused culture, provide people leadership, and manage employee relations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with teams in the USA, Europe and the Philippines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, program management or operations.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, including 2‑3 years managing managers.
• Experience managing site‑level or departmental budgets.
• Proven lean management experience and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical abilities and project‑management capabilities.
• Strategic leadership, excellent communication, and cross‑cultural awareness.
• Willingness to work extended hours to support global communication.
