General Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a General Accounting Specialist to join the Finance team of Marie France, a leading beauty and wellness brand. The role will support multi‑entity operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and ensure accuracy.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management.
• Support audit processes and timely submission of requirements.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 2–3 years of general accounting experience.
• Experience with full set of accounts and multi‑entity setups.
• Knowledge of PFRS and BIR regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation.
• High integrity and professional judgment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with accounting systems.
