About the role

VTCViews To Clients is a fast‑growing agency that builds profitable YouTube channels for B2B founders and leading brands. We are looking for a full‑time remote recruiter based in the Philippines to source and hire top‑tier talent for a variety of creative and operational positions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate each vacancy into a detailed candidate profile and write compelling job posts.
• Proactively source, headhunt, and engage passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Screen resumes, portfolios, and Loom video submissions; conduct first‑stage interviews.
• Coordinate tests, paid trials, and final interview rounds.
• Present shortlists of qualified candidates and maintain organized pipelines.
• Track new hire performance and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably for remote creative, marketing, or media roles.
• Strong ability to find and engage passive candidates.
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Data‑driven assessment skills, focusing on evidence rather than interview confidence.
• Direct, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Interviewing and assessment techniques.
