Full‑time English Teacher – Ternate

About the role

Ruangguru’s Akademia division is looking for a passionate English teacher to join its English Academy in Ternate. You will deliver live classes to learners of various ages, support their academic progress, and collaborate with a network of fellow Master Teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to students across multiple grade levels in a classroom setting.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and role‑model support to other Master Teachers.
• Conduct joint consultations with students or parents alongside a Student Advisor to recommend suitable learning pathways and maintain engagement for renewal.
• Run Homework Clinic sessions to address academic challenges and offer targeted solutions.
• Participate in trial classes, share best practices with regional teams, and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Meet the required minimum number of teaching and trial sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments that align with the curriculum and enhance learning quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Experience with very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to try new teaching methods.
• Readiness to teach at the selected Ruangguru English Academy branch.
