Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a product‑mindful Full Stack Engineer to help build and ship features for BJAK’s AI‑powered Neobank app. The role is remote, based in the Philippines, and involves turning ambiguous product ideas into reliable, user‑friendly solutions across the entire stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end product features covering frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• Create and maintain customer and internal workflows such as onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch quickly and iterate post‑release.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual effort and support scalable operations.
• Own the product after release: monitor performance, debug issues, gather insights and continuously improve.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack engineering experience with shipped products.
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs and databases and handling production debugging.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Self‑starter who can thrive in ambiguous environments and deliver end‑to‑end outcomes.
