Full Stack Developer – Web & AI Applications

About the role

As a Full‑Stack Developer at NexusPoint you will work on modern web and AI‑driven applications, delivering new features and maintaining existing ones. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure rapid product iterations while preserving code quality, security, and system stability.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance web applications across the full stack using the company’s technology stack.
• Translate product requirements into clean, scalable front‑end and back‑end code.
• Develop, test, and deploy APIs, databases, and backend services.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and production issues promptly.
• Refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Follow GitHub workflows: branching, pull requests, code reviews, and version control best practices.
• Deploy and monitor applications on platforms such as Vercel and Railway.
• Leverage AI development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation.

• Comfortable working in fast‑moving environments with active users.
• Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to existing codebases.
• Ability to respond immediately to production incidents.
