Full Stack Developer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join its remote team in the Philippines. You will work on end‑to‑end web applications, turning functional requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications covering both frontend and backend components.
• Translate functional specifications into technical designs and scalable code.
• Build, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Design, implement, and optimise relational database structures.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js).
• Experience with backend languages (Node.js, Java, C#, Python or PHP).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git workflows.
