Full Stack Developer (Oracle APEX, Java, React)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise‑grade learning and training applications. You will work at the intersection of Oracle APEX, Spring Boot APIs, and React, delivering solutions for thousands of learners and administrators across our global network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications for online training administration, event reporting, and e‑learning API integration.
• Design and implement Spring Boot REST APIs that connect learning management platforms, entitlement systems, and downstream data consumers.
• Create and enhance responsive React front‑end components for a seamless user experience.
• Write, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and complex queries.
• Apply the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the APEX, Java, and React layers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle APEX, Java, and Oracle Database.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience building front‑end components with React.
• Hands‑on experience writing PL/SQL code for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and sprint‑based delivery.
• Advanced English communication skills.
