Full Stack Developer – Onsite in Cagayan De Oro

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its Cagayan De Oro team. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components of web applications, turning functional requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Design, implement and optimise relational database structures.
• Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing applications to improve reliability and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and a modern framework (React, Angular or Vue.js).
• Experience with backend languages such as Node.js, Java, C#, Python or PHP.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git workflows.
