Full Stack Developer (AI) – Associate

About the role

You will design, build, and ship AI‑powered applications that sit at the heart of client engagements – from proof‑of‑concepts that win deals to production systems that transform business operations. Working closely with consultants and data scientists, you will turn strategic ideas into functional software quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack web applications (frontend + backend + integrations) embedding AI capabilities such as intelligent dashboards, agentic workflows, document processing pipelines, and conversational interfaces.
• Integrate large language model APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) using streaming, structured outputs, and tool use.
• Create clean, maintainable UI components and responsive layouts from design mockups.
• Write backend services and APIs to support AI features like retrieval‑augmented generation, vector search, and data pipelines.
• Participate in rapid prototyping sprints, iterating based on client and stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to internal tooling and reusable component libraries to accelerate future engagements.

Required profile

• Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework (React or Vue) and solid HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience with at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, or TypeScript).
• Hands‑on exposure to LLM APIs and understanding of prompt construction, token usage, and response handling.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database concepts (SQL or NoSQL).
• Strong problem‑solving instincts and ability to deliver tangible results from ambiguous briefs.
• Any prior client‑facing, freelance, or internship experience is a plus.
