Full Cycle Staff Accountant – Onsite in Cebu City

About the role

The company seeks a Full Cycle Staff Accountant to join its finance team onsite at Robinsons Cybergate, Cebu City. You will work closely with operational leadership, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting month‑end and year‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, assist in monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Maintain and reconcile balance‑sheet accounts, deferred revenue roll‑forwards, and fixed‑asset schedules.
• Process cash receipts, accounts receivable, and perform revenue analysis.
• Analyze general‑ledger activity, investigate variances, and prepare account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with operational leaders during close processes and support audit and reporting requests.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience with Great Plains accounting software.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
