Full-Cycle Recruiter – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

SmartScale360 is seeking a proactive Full‑Cycle Recruiter to support its U.S. clients from the Philippines. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires, while working remotely on U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens and in‑depth interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain pipelines in ATS/CRM systems.
• Track recruitment metrics, reporting progress and sourcing performance.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and support onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing or related HR functions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
