Full Cycle Recruiter (Onsite, San Pedro)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team in San Pedro, Laguna. The role focuses on managing the entire recruitment process from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and present qualified candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the hiring decision process.
• Manage candidate onboarding and ensure smooth transition into the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media and networking platforms to attract talent.
• Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor market trends and basic employment regulations.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Pedro, Laguna.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
