Frontend Developer – React & Next.js (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio is seeking a Frontend Developer for a French client that manufactures glasses and works with opticians. The role focuses on building and maintaining user‑facing web applications using ReactJS and Next.js, supporting the client’s digital transformation in the vision‑care sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications with ReactJS and Next.js, ensuring clean architecture and maintainable code.
• Create reusable UI components using TypeScript and follow established design patterns.
• Apply responsive design principles for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize frontend performance, improve load times and rendering behavior.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and prototypes into functional interfaces.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and ensure reliable data flow.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
• Write and maintain basic automated tests to support application stability.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in web or frontend development.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days remote).
• Hands‑on experience with ReactJS and exposure to Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

What we offer

• Salary ₱40,000 – ₱45,000 per month
• Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000
