Front End Developer – Hybrid (Cagayan De Oro)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Front End Developer to join its hybrid team in Cagayan De Oro. You will create responsive web interfaces, turn UI/UX designs into high‑quality code, and collaborate closely with backend and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front‑end technologies.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into reusable, performant code.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs and optimise for speed and scalability.
• Integrate front‑end components with backend APIs and third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing features to improve user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with at least one major framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.
