Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our beauty and wellness clinic. The role combines customer service, sales support and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs, provide accurate information and maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling, product knowledge and promotion of services.
• Process sales transactions, balance reports and forward documents to the Clinic Manager.
• Manage inventory, coordinate deliveries and ensure accurate shipment records.
• Create and edit client communications such as texts and emails, and support social‑media content.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer‑facing role, preferably in the beauty or wellness sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn industry trends.
• Availability to work six days a week and to be assigned to other Remedy Clinic branches in Metro Manila.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using the Zenoti clinic management system.
